Dodgy Ltd.
Privacy Policy

Our Overall Approach to Privacy

We collect the minimum of personal data we can, we don't share it, and we delete it when we don't need it any more. We explain our approach to privacy in plain language, not in a bunch of legal jargon.

This Website

Visiting this website doesn't collect any personal information about you. We don't store cookies on your machine or ask for your location. We don't even write your IP address to our server logs. We are but ships that pass in the night.

Joining Our Mailing List

If you choose to join our mailing list then we will store the email address you've provided. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address entirely from our records. We will never share your email address with anyone else.

Previews & Beta Testing

If you've been given a preview of one of our games, or you're kindly helping us by beta testing, then we'll store your name, email address, and a platform specific account ID so we can provide you access to the software and collect your feedback. If you leave this program then we will delete this data except for any feedback you've sent us.

When You Contact Support

We're not quite sure why anyone would email us for support at the moment, but if you do we will store the information you send us, including your email address. We store this data forever so that if you contact us again we can see your previous questions. We also use this information to track general trends in support.

We'll delete your old support emails if you'd like, just ask us by, uhh, sending us a support email at support@dodgy.ltd. Which makes this a bit of a burn after reading situation.

Questions?

If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us on support@dodgy.ltd.

Once in a while we'll update this policy, and this page will always have the current version.
